The Intelligent Information Technology Research Lab is consortium of research groups at Acadia University. Originally, founded as a lab in the spring of 1998 with support from SUN, members undertakes artificial intelligence research and application projects within the Jodrey School of Computer Science. The Lab’s researchers apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) research techniques and agent technologies to problems in business, engineering, science and health care. The Lab brings together several faculty members at Acadia and external associates from other universities and industry parters. In addition to their own expertise, the team’s members bring with them the expertise of their graduate students and the infrastructure of the research laboratories in which they work.
